This property has serious management, infrastructure, and sanitation issues that residents need to be aware of. For nearly a year, the entire leasing operation has been carried by a single leasing agent, Sha’tearia — who has been professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful despite being placed in an impossible situation. I am only giving 2 stars because of her efforts and the quality of the apartment itself. Unfortunately, the lack of adequate management support above her is very apparent. The apartments themselves are new and nice, but the lack of management is obscenely apparent, and shows their disregard for the tenants and the community. I have loved living here the past few months, the apartments are gorgeous, matainence is very nice and helpful, and most of the staff is super sweet and will remember you. Alison, the new property manager, is so caring and kind and does her best to keep the residents happy and provided for. All the events are fun to go to and my partner and I always participate. But I have to give a shout out to Sha'tearia she is the bomb dot com. She made the moving in process sooo smooth, helped us with a quickness at every part of the process, always is there to answer our calls, and is by far the nicest leasing agent I've met in my long journey of apartment hunting. So far I am not impressed with living here. I come out to trash piled up like we are in the ghetto or something. The neighbors smoke weed and I complain about it but I feel as though nothing has been done. They switched managers and the new managers are incompetent. They took a dumpster away and I guess they aren’t paying to have the trash removed as often as the last team did because they only come once a week. No one knows when trash removal comes they come when they want. You’ll come home and the trash they tell us to leave outside of the door is still there. When I throw my own garbage I’m being charged for out I can smell the garbage from my unit and it’s gnarly. I am also sick of the key fob giving me issues and they never address it. Management just does not care and isnt there most of the time anyways. There is NO communication at all. Management sent out a letter at 9 am saying that there will be a fire inspection and that they will enter all apartments starting at 9.30 am. Unacceptable practices. Apartment walls are warped, the hall constantly smells like weed and theres something going on at least every 2 weeks. I dont feel safe here in my own home anymore. Cant wait to move out.

This place has SO many issues. When i first came here, the fire alarm went off every 2 to 3 hours for multiple weeks in a row. The pool is WAY too small for the amount of tenants, The walls are crooked, sewage comes up, trash issues, leakages, stuff literally falling apart because the build quality is so horrendous, maintenance and management not doing what they should do, the package room is a nightmare and the mailboxes are a complete mess. The public printer has been having the same issue i addressed at least 6 times and nothing has been done about it. 9/10 times the elevator smells like weed and the cops are here almost weekly. I wouldn't raise a child here for their own safety. They have also changed the address at least 4 times now, and they consistently do it around Christmas- the
