The Landing at Oyster Point

Mannnn, this apartment complex is absolutely perfect. I recently just moved in and my experience has almost been perfect. Staff is beyond friendly, they have made me in particular feel so welcomed and loved from the day I walked the model unit as viewing, to closing my application process out!! The maintenance team has done phenomenal with meeting my requests and their professional performance. I’m looking forward to my time here with everyone in my complex!! Beyond blessed to have found this place!! Cheers to what the future holds, you won’t regret choosing this as your next home, rather it be temporary or permanent!!! Great job staff.

I have been here for almost 2 years and things have been great! sure every now and then you might hear your neighbor run down the stairs but its apartmnet living. to the people who think it needs to be mouse quiet 24/7 needs to go buy a house. management changed last year and like any ownership change, there were hiccups to start but things have improved and are stable and back to being a great property! maintenance is quick and friendly, the office staff is welcoming and eager to help. i appreciate this complex and the staff that work here!

The staff in the office are so helpful and friendly. Every time we put in a work order within the day our problem is fixed! We enjoy our apartment and the amenities that come with what we pay in rent.

Although I think the neighborhood is safe and the leasing staff is friendly, the apartment itself sucks. The only great-looking apartment is the model, from what I've seen. I ended up with an apartment without an enclosed backyard, which is something I told the leasing agent I was working with I wanted prior to applying and moving in. Upon moving in, the apartment I received did not have the backyard, and everything was a mess. Thumbnails in the kitchen and dining room ceiling to cover up holes, holes that hadn't been covered from the previous residents curtains, peeling pint w: bubbles all over the wall - cracks just about EVERYWHERE you could imagine &: a refrigerator that’s always beeping because it can’t close properly! i just moved in a couple months ago and so far i have loved it here! the office staff was so nice and helpful for the whole app process. i havent had alot of interaction with maintenance yet but the couple work orders i did enter, they came immediately and fixed it first try! i am glad i found this place!
