For this to be a brand new apartment complex it sure isn’t well taken care of. Every step you take there are piles of dog feces and trash in the grassy areas and on the sidewalks and walkways inside/outside of the buildings. People spill trash on the stairs when taking trash to the dumpsters but refuse to clean it up. It’s so gross! Don’t dare walk in the grass or you’ll step in dog mess because some owners refuse to curb their dogs. Clean up after your dogs! The groundskeeper doesn’t pick it up; he doesn’t keep it as clean as it should be. You can hear him cussing and fussing when he is picking up trash bags and other refuse that kids and some adults leave on the ground near the trash can areas. Not to mention the pack of unsupervised kids who run amuck around the parking lots and buildin
The complex, is dirty, took 8 months to get keys for mailbox, pool and fitness center never opened within in the year I lived there. Pay rent for the last month, and they still want more money even though I moved out before my lease ended. But paid for the entire month. The office manager was never understanding and created so much inconvenience every time I went in the office. There only saving grace is having Mary and Ashley In the office. Without them I would have definitely moved out as soon as I moved in. Hopefully this once stunning complex on paper, will live up to what was expected. Paying of ademndites that you don't have is something, that should not be tolerated. Also having vehicles towed, and signing a lease that states you can change your locks as long as you change them back
I hope all is well! I would like to request a copy of my lease agreement. As well any policies that I have signed. I have not received any new parking memorandum that was sent out. I have two vehicles, one of which uses a visitors pass. I stopped by last week inquiring about obtaining another pass because I was going to buy a third car. I was told that I can only have two passes because I am only one person that occupies my unit. Ultimately, I decided to trade my second car in. I forgot to take my pass out of my car and the dealership threw my visitors pass away. I called to get a replacement pass this morning, and I was told that I only need to pay a $30 fee and I can come in to get a replacement. I just attempted to get a parking pass. I am extremely disappointed with how utilities are handled at The Landing at Mason Ridge. In late December 2025, I received my first-ever utility bill from Conservice with no prior notice that utilities had transitioned to a third-party provider, no notice of when billing would begin, and no advance communication explaining water and sewer charges would be added to my account. To my shock, the bill reflected charges for August and September, months in which I was never notified that Conservice had taken over or that utility billing had started. These charges were not clearly communicated at the time they were incurred. I paid my full rent on time, as I always have, and planned to pay the utilities shortly after receiving my paycheck due to the extremely short notice. Despite this, I rec
