Sean made what can often be a stressful and transactional experience feel genuinely human. He is one of those rare people you instantly trust and feel comfortable with, like an old friend you just met. I never once felt rushed or pressured. Instead, I felt heard, respected, and fully supported every step of the way. HE GOT ME!!! Sean’s knowledge was unmatched. Every question I had was answered confidently and clearly, without hesitation. He knew the property inside and out, and it showed. His professionalism, warmth, and ease set the absolute highest standard for what a leasing agent should be. Truly top of the bar. I have toured many properties in my life and no one comes close to the experience Sean provides. He deserves a raise, recognition, and to be held up as the gold standard. An
Im currently relocating to MO and the whole looking and searching for apartments is scary. I've owned and lived in a house on the West Coast for over 20 years. This place was on my list as a potential visit on an upcoming trip after scheduling a virtual tour (which I thought was great to do and a plus since it is offered). However, Cetera did not leave a good impression on me the two times we spoke. Yes, videos are available on their website to see the property, and yes, it looks beautiful. The exchange of communication made it seem as if my questions or input/opinion were an inconvenience. The video and link that was shared did not showcase the amenities that I had an interest in wanting in a room (a bedroom fan lol) and when I brought that up she stated well some rooms come with it and o
Really enjoyed living here for 2 years, maintenance requests were fulfilled within reasonable time and front desk staff was very kind! By the time we moved out, there was all new staff and things began to go downhill. Once we moved out, we had a carpet cleaning fee of $80, although we had no pets and kept things very clean. We received a letter in the mail from collections about 3 months after we moved out. We had called to ask about the fee and were instructed to email the property manager, which we did and got no response. Ended up paying the fee but never got any notice that we were supposed to pay it, no letter in the mail, no phone calls, no emails, etc.
THIS PLACE DOESN’T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR!! I lived here for a year, and was harassed non-stop by other residents and the entire staff at the leasing office. The tenants in building 2 apartment 302 harassed me non-stop for noise. Noise?? You can hear everything through these walls, floors, and doors. Toilets flushing. Normal conversations. Washers and dryers, cooking, cleaning. All of which are normal everyday “living” rights we have as human beings to live a normal life. There was endless barking and howling of dogs all around me that I never complained about because we live in community. The miserable neighbors even sent cops to my door twice! Once on a Sunday morning while I was listening to church. Another time for one worship song while I was cooking dinner at 7 pm. Those sam
Welcome to Section 8 at The Landing. *UPDATE: Pool party at midnight on a Wednesday (pool “closes” at 10PM) extremely loud, splashing, yelling, running around the parking lots. It’s either residents breaking lease agreements or a break-in, but nobody doing it is worried because the Landing doesn’t enforce any rules or laws and there’s no on-site security. *UPDATE: CREEPY MEN GOING INTO THE WOMEN’S LOCKER ROOM!!! NO POLICE CALLED! *UPDATE: The trashy pool was closed for an “undisclosed reason.” Imagine the worst bar you’d never return to, dirty, terrible loud music, drunks, fights, cringe, douchey, gross. That’s the pool here! No rules enforced by management means exactly what you’d expect; fires, broken glass, crowds of nonresidents, late night drunken pool parties and un-parented ANNOY
