The Landing Apartments

A staff member approached us about candles in our unit and handled the situation in a very rude and unprofessional manner. The tone and attitude were disrespectful, which made us feel uncomfortable in our own home.

I Absolutely adore these gals in the office! Lexi takes all of our needs very seriously! Professional and very informative. Fast and on top of it! Maintenance came up and took care of everything so fast! Monica the property manager is extremely professional and pleasant! I would recommend this apartment to anyone!

If I could give it Zero starts I would.. ugh Recently moved out, I lived at 1212 Washington memorial drive from January 2024- march2025 I moved in a 2 bedroom apartment with my mother and I honestly had a horrible experience with management Monica is VERY rude and disrespectful and doesn't know how to talk to people. My mother is currently still living there but I made the decision to move because I couldn't deal with the toxic environment created my MONICA. My mother moved into a one bedroom at the landings 1212 Washington memorial drive and the carpet stinks like dog urine like really bad ! and they decided to charge her over 600$ to replace carpet in the previous apartment. I moved here in February. The rent is reasonable and the Office personnel and Maintenance team are awsome. It's an older building, but the nee owner and staff are doing a great job updating the place. Tenant are fairly quiet and keep to themselves.

As a delivery driver, this place was awful. There are no signs or address numbers, no way to call people by room number, and the hallways reeked of cigarettes.
