The Landing is quiet, clean, and perfectly located near shopping and transportation. The management staff : Christian and Cindy are amazing I just love them!! they are incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable, and quick to respond not to mention the Maintenance requests are handled promptly and professionally..

Love the customer service, Christian is amazing! So sweet and kind, I would definitely recommend him for any assistance. So far, my experience has been amazing moving-in!

Wasn’t the complex for me. it was giving “landlord special” upgrade. Water was cut off minimum once a month which would cause an influx of drain flies. I had leaks from my unit into another 3 times. A hole was cut under my sink and never repaired. The windows and front door let in a lot of outside air when completely closed. My toilet wasn’t installed properly so after they fixed it that caused an influx of roaches. I had a minor ant infestation in my closet, my clothes were literally covered in fire ants. Bathtub paint was peeling I said something twice and nothing was done just to find out before I left they were aware some of the tubs peeling. Nasty neighbor who would leave trash out for days and let her dogs off leash in the parking lot to poop ALL over the parking lot it was disgustin

Christian was very helpful and I felt very comfortable asking questions! Definitely am going to consider living here!
