The Lakeside Nest

I live at Lakeside Nest, moved in June 3rd of this year.The process for an approval was astonishing and exciting, Mrs. Tiffany and her team at Koda went above and beyond. She is the property manager she was very nice and professional, my rental agents were J.D. and Jane very professional, but pleasant they made things a lot easier, it didn’t take long at all to get an approval.. My move-in was amazing. J.D. knew exactly what I wanted, a quiet serene location, so he chose my apartment right by the lake, I love my new apartment, it’s quiet, for the most part, lil kids do run in the hallway, but they are kids.. My apartment needed a few repairs, the maintenance team came every time I needed them, one maintenance man stood out, his name is Hose’, Hose’ came and repaired my kitchen plumbing, an

They are GENUINELY trying to keep this place nice, and improve each day. Yes, The building will have issues from time to time, however they come to help you as soon as they can and they offer reasonable solutions. They speak English, despite what was written. They're not awful. The large pool is open, and the laundry room has working machines. Overall it’s cool here. Also we love the events!! Please do not stop them.

I moved into the property in June of 2024. Now I can say there were hiccups in the beginning but Tiffany made sure my concerns were addressed eventually. I still have roaches that were painted over on my walls. The community is ok, they have events and what not but that doesn’t make up for the lack here. In all honesty it’s not a luxury high rise but it’s a place at a decent price. If you have other options explore them and let this be your last one.

The women in the office have gone above and beyond to assist me in areas and ways that are most assuredly not in their job description. I have lived here for 3 years and since Tiffany and Janmarie took over they have been working diligently to improve the property. Maintenance requests are answered the same day. In the almost 2 years they have had the property there have been multiple updates and repairs to ensure we have a beautiful place to live.

I AM SO TIRED OF DEALING WITH RATS IN THE APARTMENT COMPLEX. I CANT keep Food in my apartment because I wake up to find rats have gotten into it. They have roaches but they do not have nobody to come and spray. There is mold in my apartment. Holes inside the buildings walls. I can hear rats running in the ceiling at night. My kids are scared to go to bed because they can hear the rats in the kitchen. Maintenance is very slow to get anything done. I shouldn’t have to come out of pocket to try to get rid of rats only for another one to appear. It’s not fair. But quick to put a on a door if your are five days late. But can’t fix these problems. I loss baskets of clothes because my air conditioner was leaking bad. They finally fixed it after the people below me complained.
