The Lakes At Westview Apartments

I’ve had such a great experience living at this apartment community—I’ve been here for a few years now and it really feels like home. The property is always well taken care of, the amenities are super convenient, and anytime I’ve had an issue it’s been handled quickly. I also want to give a big shoutout to Annette, the manager—she’s amazing. She’s friendly, professional, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel taken care of. Her responsiveness and genuine care really make a difference. I’d definitely recommend living here!

I have lived at The Lakes at Westview for 3 years. I'd definitely say the office staff is great and is the property's best asset especially after making Annette manager. Anna was my agent in Nov 2022 and has always been helpful in all ways. Ariana has been very helpful, knowledgeable and quick to personally help me with financial questions. She makes needed adjustments quickly too. Together they make a great team! The maintenance team (after changing staff and management at least 3 times) is finally responding quickly with work orders. Negatively though this quick response diminishes the cleanliness of the common area like breezeway power washing and cleanup. I expect this to improve like their overall performance has, however. I intend to renew my 15 months lease a 4th time DR

We've lived here for 5 years, and unfortunately, things have deteriorated a lot. The parking garage doors constantly malfunction, you can't pay with a bank account—you have to use a card, which incurs a charge when you pay—and now you also have to use a card to receive your packages, in case you're late, they charge you extra. But the security and cleanliness of the back office and the last few buildings remain the same. 😒

I went there earlier the week to view an apartment. The property was beautiful and clean. The agent showing me the apartment was Anna she was very kind and patient with me. The apartment them self had a nice layout and we're clean and neat. The front office was super helpful and nice. Great customer service!!

I’ve recently visited these apartments for a tour. I had the pleasure of meeting the manager Annette she was kind and professional with me. She took her time explaining and answering and questions I had. Everyone the was very helpful and nice Good customer service. The apartment was clean nice and a beautiful layout very spacious.
