The Lakes at Madera

Don't move here run as fast as you can. This place is a dump..I have fail don't the stairs twice.first time cut my hands and legs up..this last time I am in a cast,and if my foot doesn't heal I will need surgery . That manager is rude and hate full..the water was cut off twice in one month.we where told that nobody had to pay the water well we get a paper staying we owe all this money for rent ..are rent was paid.they need to get rid of that so called manger..the so called a/c man he doesn't know what he is doing..he put used rusty parts in the a/c s.we will not be renewing a lease..

NO WATER, POTHOLES, FLOODED PARKING LOT, ROACHES!! I’m SO SICK of the water being constantly shut off! Sometimes they turn the water off without notice. There’s been several times where I wasn’t able to take a shower, make breakfast or lunch, wash my hands, or use the toilet due to the water being shut off without notice. It’s either a broken pipe, a leak, or “checking a water meter for 3 hours”, during breakfast and lunch hours, very inconvenient! There’s potholes that have been here for YEARS and they are only getting bigger! The parking lot floods HORRIBLY when it rains, my car started malfunctioning because the water was so deep. The ROACHES are absolutely disgusting no matter how much you clean your apartment. They didn’t even give me a walk-through of my apartment, but wanted me to s

Karina in the office is so amazing , she always helps and has a good attitude every time I call or walk in that office she greets me with a smile , she is awesome!

This is a HORRIABLE place to stay at. I am a college student wanted to moved out of my parents house to start living on my own. And its a terrible place to live/rent at. The front office and management is HORRIABLE. I had a leak mention to them about it. It took me days to get in contact with the office because apparently the number online was incorrect. I personally went to the office told the front desk girl about the leak. The problem was just fixed for a day. Still had the leak going on that I would get home with my bedroom and bathroom floors with lots of water. Kept going to the office and speaking with the front desk girl was telling her my situation. She had mention to me they will keep me updated NEVER received a call from the office. I went again to speak with the office about t

The worst apartment ever. They take forever repairing things, if they repair it at all. The parking lot is terrible, the vents have mold. The trash is constantly overflowing. They've had had 4 owners in 4 years. They consistently go up on rent and fees and gives no one grace when they are facing financial issues. I wouldn't recommend this place to a dog
