The Lakes at Cinco Ranch Apartments in Katy

I can honestly say this is the best apartment community I’ve ever lived in. From the moment I toured the property, I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. The office staff truly care — they remember your name, ask how you’re doing, and are always ready to help with anything you need. The maintenance team is just as wonderful; every request I’ve submitted has been handled quickly and efficiently. The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and well-maintained. I love how quiet and peaceful the community feels, even though it’s close to shopping, restaurants, and everything I need. It really does feel like home here — safe, welcoming, and full of good people. I’m so grateful to have found this place!

Beautiful . One of the most peaceful apartment complexes in all of Houston. You will live near tons of shops and cafes, superstores, doctor offices, salons, LAKES AND TREES, multiple gym facilities like lifetime and orange theory, parks, library, boutiques and many more. This place is peaceful and has so much to offer. They have a private gym and a pool. The vibe is so elegant and lovely. Beautiful location and they have the most friendliest staff. They are all so friendly and they try their best to make all residents happy. Love this place !

I've been a resident here and wanted to share my honest experience. There are a couple of positives worth mentioning: 1.The apartment is zoned to one of the top-rated elementary schools in Katy ISD, which is a major plus for families. 2.Aspen Melancon from the front office and George from maintenance have been consistently helpful and professional. Unfortunately, my overall experience has been disappointing due to poor customer service from most of the other staff. Emails often go unanswered, and in-person visits have been frustrating. On multiple occasions, I went to the office to discuss concerns, only to be ignored while staff chatted and had snacks. I waited over 20 minutes without being acknowledged and eventually left. I was charged a two-month penalty despite having active renter’

Within half an hour Maintenance Mgr. Jorge was at my apt responding to my work request I had just submitted. He was terrific, did a super job and left the work area spotless. The whole request from the beginning, which was easy to digitally submit through the work itself, was incredibly efficient and professional. And add that your right next door to La Centerra and you have yep… a fab place to live.

The property is well located and offers convenient access to nearby shopping and major roads. The staff is professional, responsive and dedicated to the residents. The staff consistently demonstrates a genuine commitment to creating a positive living environment.
