not the worst place I’ve lived but definitely not the best. I agree with the previous review that the office staff are just a bunch of ‘mean girls’ and they determine who is worthy of being taken seriously. The customer service here is generally terrible. there have been maybe two instances when office staff were actually helpful AND nice. The issues began day one when i picked up the keys. As they were being handed to me I was informed the unit had a “slight curry smell”. I didn’t get to see my actual unit prior to this. Multiple bug/ odor bombs, countless cleanings of the cabinets and walls (myself not the office), replaced carpet, replaced microwave, and even some chemical reaction that almost killed the maintenance man (his words not mine) and multiple weeks past my move in date later

I lived here for 6 months. The building were being renovated at that time. There used to be a lot of noise and mess. But other than that, my stay here was good. The apartment was okay. The kitchen appliances were quite old and central AC was not quite effective. However, for the rent I was paying, I would say it was a pretty good deal!

I have lived here a few months now and have very much enjoyed it. The property is beautiful and has plenty of fun things to do. The only bummer is they dont have a dog park but being on the ground floor has allowed plenty of green space for our pups during the day. The maintenance is nice and very fast at getting to your property. Move in was smooth. I do wish some of their appliances were updated. In the tour they said you get new appliances but our stove and dishwasher are the same as the model unit. Overall a good place to live and very quiet.

It's not very clearly outlined when you sign up to live here, but this place allows smoking inside the units. Management will claim that the situation "has to be contained" to one's own unit, but they aren't going to do anything meaningful if the stench from your neighbor gets through to your unit. I, and neighbors in my building, have complained multiple times both to the person smoking and to management, and nothing ever changes. The unit simply reeks. My girlfriend has nasal issues, and can hardly breathe when she visits. Co-workers and clients have commented that my clothes have a stink to them. Not ideal. In fairness, otherwise, the unit is nice enough, and my other neighbors are all wonderful people. But if you want to keep yourself/family away from the persistent stench of cigarette

If you want to actually "live" then might consider somewhere else. Parking is a nightmare and that's putting it mildly. I'm disabled and didn't know how handicap parking works, therefore thought it was a first come first serve situation. This lead to issue number 2. There's no communication in an adult fashion. We were rudely demanded to come apply for a handicap spot, once there I said, does this mean it ours? To which I got a snarky laugh followed by,unless someone does what you did. Once I got the spot it could still be a free for all. Call because another resident in our spot. Told nothing I can do if they have a tag. That's the thing the never did, rather they were pissed off because I had a "prime" spot and also seemed to think they were all physicians and could decide if I was handicap.
