The Lakehouse

I’ve been a resident here for a couple years now and absolutely love it! I’ve seen staff come and go but the current team has been fantastic!! They throw awesome events (This years summer party was my favorite - I added a picture) and the staff is helpful whenever I need anything. I love it here!!

I arrived for a pre-scheduled apartment showing at 12:45 PM, but the office door was locked upon arrival. I knocked several times and received no response, despite seeing someone inside who appeared to be aware of our presence. Unfortunately, this left a poor first impression and felt unprofessional. This experience was especially disappointing because I was genuinely excited to tour the apartments due to their size and convenient location near the lake. I do want to acknowledge that the woman I had been emailing prior to the appointment provided excellent customer service, which I appreciated. However, the lack of responsiveness in the office ultimately made me reconsider the complex. I hope this is an area that can be improved in the future.

Stay away from this apartment. They do not keep their promises. Chase, the property manager told me that he will not charge me for the last month of my stay, but after I moved, he called me and told me he changed his mind. Outsides are not kept clean. The area close to the main garbage bin smells foul. No security cameras anywhere. My car was broken into in the carport. Also my Amazon packages were stolen 3+ times and I asked them to install security cameras in the Amazon lockbox, but they said file a police report so there would be more police patrol around here. I did not like this attitude to safety and security.

UPDATE: September 2023 Signed another lease. The best thing ever is how well insulated and well built. The Leasing agents are super AWESOME, very Helpful. It was so simple signing the lease. I have had. 3 years has been wonderful I look forward to many more. I still feel the same as my first day, "a little peace of NATURE . Update Another year still loving it. New leasing agents amazing. *UPDATE*I just signed my new lease for another lovely year. Wonderful leasing agents, (SHOUT OUT TO AMBER hey girl), excellent maintenance crew even if you need after hour help someone will answer the phone. Extremely quiet. The people who live here are not neighborly at all. They glare at you and park in the fire lanes and block your parking spot. Management claims that they strictly enforcing parking rules, but I have never once seen anyone’s cars get towed for double parking and parking in fire lanes which happens on a daily basis. Tonight my wife and I were walking our dog and a guy was trying to rile up my dog by imitating barking. When I told him to not do that he continued to do it. We honestly cannot wait to move out of this place. On top of this we have had cockroach issues in our unit and had to get roach repellent because it was so bad. Also, my bicycle got stolen from our porch
