The Kriegsfeld Corporation

This corporation allowed snow removal to block my driveway and did not provide adequate service. They do not care about their residents who pay HOH fees in DC.

If I could give this company a negative star I would and it would be all because of Emily Ingmire. She has to be the most unprofessional human being known to man. She sent me a "WARNING LETTER-BULK TRASH" stating and I quote "This is a warning letter concerning the water cooler that I observed at the front of your home (my address)". The letter then goes on to state that I am in violation of Section (q) Trash and Other Materials of Item 4 and will be fined $50 on the 6th and additional $100 on the 15th if the "water cooler" was not removed in 5 days. Here's the issue, I NEVER had a water cooler in the front of my home. This morning I called as well as sent Emily an email voicing my frustration about the inaccuracy of the letter. Awful company. They have a policy of unresponsiveness and their managers are petty and spiteful. Last week, Emily sent away a contractor who was there to work on my apartment and she has spread vicious and untrue rumors about me. She also has ignored repeated attempts by me to improve the situation. With so many good options for property management in this city it's silly to work with Lee Kriegsfeld. Unfortunately, I'm stuck in a contract that was signed before I moved in.
