Eric and the whole team with The Knorr Group were excellent to work with. I was working with a buyer that needed to move on a property ASAP and they were so quick and responsive with getting us updated preapproval paperwork and helping me structure a loan that would work for my client on the house he wanted. They worked with us on a 2 week due diligence period and 21 day close to make our offer look competitive and they hit ever deadline with no delay. Smooth closing on a tight a turn around. As a realtor, you know how on the ball a lender has to be to facilitate a 21 day close. I would highly recommend them!
