Jessica was a very relatable tour guide. She lives on-site so her knowledge and insight about the property were extremely helpful.

Lived here for 2 years. Overall a good experience. Trash was always a hassle because other tenants don't respect the rules. There are no complaints for the actual Knoll just many of the tenants but oh well. Part of living in apartments.

I've lived in two separate apartments in the Knoll now, a studio and a 1 bed. The layouts of the apartments is nice, though their kitchens are a little tight. In my experience, maintenance is always swift, affable, and generally accommodating to most asks. The leasing office is open most of the time, so you can ask questions in person. The apartments are pretty well sound proofed, though stomping, screaming, and bass boosted music still travel. My only major gripe is that they're expensive, but that has less to do with the Knoll and more to do with the location.

The move-in experience was good. The leasing office was responsive and quick. Faced issues in first week with appliances and plumbing however the prompt resolution by the maintenance team really saved the day. Thank you!

The apartment was very quiet, which was nice. But the trash dumpsters are poorly maintained, with no lids the crows get in and throw trash around. Builders grade carpet and about twelve coats of paint on the walls. But overall the maintenance crew was quick to respond whenever I logged an issue.
