This is truly a very average place to live. While I (fortunately) have not dealt with any pest issues, there are quite a few other reasons why I will not be renewing my lease. If you come home from work any time after 8pm, good luck finding a parking spot. At this point, I think the office has handed out too many passes than the parking spaces can handle. The picture attached is the Silver Diner parking lot. I count an average of AT LEAST 5 Knoll resident vehicles there EVERY NIGHT because there are no other available spaces. What's even more annoying is that the same reserved spots are ALWAYS EMPTY. Meaning they aren't cycling through old reserved spots and just continuing to mark new ones. You should have a max of how many passes you give out because why am I paying for parking when I CA

There is a VERY SERIOUS GERMAN COCKROACH problem in these apartments that the management was ignoring. We moved in here in June and after staying for about 2 weeks we had to break our lease. They did not show us our apartment prior to moving in, however the cabinets and new flooring looked good and the price was OK, so we moved in, only to notice there was a serious german cockroach infestation in our apartment, which are impossible to get rid of as a tenant. We informed the management about this and they told us that we were the only ones complaining about this, however after talking to a few neightbors living close by they also confirmed they had the same issue and that they had also informed the management about this. Luckily they let us break our lease, however still charged us from ou

this place will give you MULTIPLE warnings of how leaving trash out during their “non pickup” hours will result in a fine but won’t remove maintenance trash outside a VACANT UNIT FOR MORE THAN A MONTH!!! literally a dishwasher and oven sitting in front of the door. Keep in mind, these tenants left ALMOST TWO MONTHS AGO. they want to talk about “maintaining a clean living area”???? the rats I see at night would like to disagree. DO BETTER

Not only do I find myself constantly nagging maintenance for anything to get done, I find myself doing the work maintenance should be doing. Had to clear snow by myself to help make way for my wife as she was discharged from the hospital. The maintenance folks barely did any snow treatment and 3 days after snow fall, the streets around the complex are still covered in snow as are some of the sidewalks around the complex. To get something as simple as a battery changed for my fire alarm in my apartment I had to walk to the leasing office myself to drop it off rather than maintenance taking care of it because they won’t. And before you question it, I also had to follow up with it because it seems it was an issue they forgotten about already. Attached are photos of the sidewalk during the sno

I cannot say enough great things about the Knoll at Fair Oaks. My mother lived there for several years and absolutely enjoyed it. The location and access to amenities such as shopping, groceries, dining, and more is perfect. The apartment complex itself is well maintained, with nice landscaping and inviting common areas that create a welcoming atmosphere. The one bedroom apartment she lived in is spacious and well appointed. But what truly sets the Knoll at Fair Oaks apart is the incredible management team. During a particularly difficult time for our family, both the manager, Denise, and assistant manager, Bobby, went above and beyond to provide support, understanding, and unwavering kindness. Their professionalism, compassion, and willingness to help made all the difference, and I will
