Lived here more than three years. I had a wonderful experience with the leasing team and maintenance staff at this community. I especially want to appreciate my leasing officer John and Fernando for being incredibly supportive and professional throughout my renewal process. From the very beginning, they were patient, responsive, and made sure all my questions were answered clearly. The entire renewal process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free thanks to their guidance. Especially John helped in move-in easy and comfortable and was always supportive and quick to help whenever I had any questions. We received needed support for processing application, all thanks to Fernando and John. However disappointed with the below. 1. We made sincere request and stressed that the unit must be deep cleaned as we have 5months but it was not done so, cleaned it ourselves and also for repair, we placed series of requests. 2. The rental offer committed to us in writing on email, based on which we made decision to move in; was not honoured, and this we discovered while collecting keys for move in. They did not consider the request to reassess inspite of move-in issues. 3. The Main entrance gate is down since we moved in and we are learning that it’s not functioning from lover a year.

Living in this neighborhood has become extremely frustrating. Management is constantly sends emails about rules, threats of lease violations, and new restrictions for residents, yet they fail to maintain even the most basic standards. Children are now being restricted from simple things like drawing with chalk on the ground. Chalk washes away with rain and causes no damage, so policing something this minor is unnecessary and excessive. It feels like management is focused on controlling residents. Meanwhile, real issues continue to be ignored. The neighborhood gate has been broken for nearly two years. Residents pay to live in a gated community for safety, yet the gate still hasn’t been fixed. It makes no sense to constantly enforce rules while failing to address a major safety concern.

We had a great experience with JOHN at Kinsley at Perimeter. He showed us the apartment and was very helpful throughout the process. Even after we moved in, he continued to assist us with all our questions and always responded quickly. He was responsive, supportive, and always did his best to assist us. We really appreciate his help and excellent service.

The new management has been sending constant passive aggressive emails. They have threatened residents with lease violations for a wide variety of ridiculous reasons like children drawing on the cement with chalk and because of different residents cultural celebrations, amongst other things. To me, this is incredibly tone deaf and annoying. I should not have to receive constant emails about the management complaining about things that don’t even matter. The old management was much better, it’s so sad that it has come to this. I do not recommend moving here, especially since there are plenty of better apartments in the area.
