The property itself is beautiful and well maintained, with great amenities like a dog spa, pool, car wash, and an elegant clubhouse. The community is in a safe, pleasant area, which really adds to the overall experience. Danielle, the property manager, is consistently helpful and responsive, and the maintenance team clearly works hard to keep everything running smoothly. Overall, it’s a great place to live.

I love living here. The office team and maintenance staff are great! They’re always willing to help and listen. My neighbors are friendly and it’s pretty quiet. I love having a 24/7 gym onsite and a dog park for my furry babies. I highly recommend living here.

Michael and Danielle were both fantastic to work with along the journey of welcoming us to the property, touring and completing the application process consistently providing helpful information. I can’t say enough good things about The Kingson. From the moment we moved in, the staff has been so helpful and caring, specifically Danielle. Anything we’ve needed it’s been taken care of quickly and with ease. When you call the office, you’re able to talk to a real person rather than an automated system. The amenities are awesome and we feel so comfortable living in a gated community. It wasn’t a factor we were necessarily looking for at first, but a good and comforting surprise. Same with the car wash and vacuum they offer. I was lucky enough to have a great view of the sunset from my patio. If we weren’t relocating for a job, we would stay at The Kingson long term. As we have been looking at new places, we’re constantly comparing them to The Kingson and wanting to find our own Kings

I’m giving a five star because I have had nothing but good things to say about living here at The Kingson! Michael has been great to work with and his new partner Mitchell is also the goat! I love living here. Great people and convenient to almost everything.
