I've been a resident for about 8 months, and I absolutely love living here. The staff, including Mike, Ryan, Saniyah, and Sherrod, are by far the best property management team I've met! They are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and anytime I've needed something or had a question, they've always been there to help—I'm really grateful for how much they pay attention to residents. The neighbors are super friendly, and the building has a really strong sense of community. I especially love the rooftop deck and gym, which are perfect in the winter when you can soak up some sun or get a workout in without leaving the building. The building hosts fantastic events for residents, including game day brunches, pizza night, contests, yoga/workout sessions, and a new book club, which I am super excit

I’ve been here seven months now, and I really love living here. The rooftop views are amazing, whether you’re looking at the bridge or the city skyline. The management and staff are friendly, patient, and helpful. Maintenance requests are usually taken care of the same day, which makes living here stress-free. The neighbors are also very nice, and people actually say hi, which creates a great community feel. If you’re looking for a relaxed, easygoing place to live, I’d recommend this apartment. The nearby waterfront paths are also a big plus if you like running.

I like this building very much. Amazing roof deck , amazing staff, amazing gym. Cool neighbors, oh yeah they do a lot of activities and cater events for residents. All they need to do is get us into silkcity with no cover 😂🫶they did a sign in for unaccounted guests which I appreciate to keep non residents out. Thank you Chris , Ryan , and Senai! And thanks to Maintenance guy too.

I have been living here for two months and feeling great so far. Pros: The leasing managers and building management team are great. They are so helpful and welcoming! Location is great. Free food every week is a plus. The apartment is spacious with tons of storage cabinet. Haven’t had any noise issues within the apartment or with the neighbors (the walls within the unit are not sound proof but the ones between the units are) Cons: As mentioned by some of the tenants in the comment, the apartment was dusty when I moved in. (I spent hours mopping the floor) The builders were careless. My closet shelf fell off the first day because it wasn’t installed properly, but they are able to resolve it pretty soon. (The maintenance guy responds to requests very fast btw)

My girlfriend and I toured the building recently, and I really loved several of the units we saw. The amenity spaces are nice and definitely on par with nearby buildings. While I do wish there was a pool, the upside is that there are no amenity fees, which is a big plus. The rooftop was incredible—the entertainment area would be perfect for the get-togethers I like to host. We did a self-guided tour, but Ryan was so responsive that it felt like she was right there with us the entire time. There was also a gratitude tree where residents could leave notes about what they’re thankful for, which was super cute. Ryan mentioned it was her coworker Sanya/Saniyah’s idea. They even had a donation box for food, which I thought was really thoughtful—so many apartments don’t give back at all, so it’s
