Found the issue in very short time, resolved, also we had a switched at the main bathroom which wasn’t working properly I forgot to request the repair, and they fix it as well Also the kind, professional, and understanding Good weekend to all

After a long homework day I suddenly realized the bathroom shower stopped working. And during the weekend no less! The maintenance team was remarkably swift and very respective about my privacy, not to mention they were very dedicated to getting it right so they wouldn't have to address the same issue again which was highly appreciated. Best maintenance team ever!!! 🙌🏼

I have been living here since March 2023 and I love it. I have to disagree with a lot of the negative comments especially the package issue. it is not the building issue when Amazon just throws boxes around and leave packages not at the proper drop off locations. Adela and the concierge staff have been great and always assisted me in a professional manner. As far as repairs the management things take time. Appliances take time since the supply chain has been a mess. All repairs were completed as promised. They just finished painting the hallways to keep things looking sharp. As far as location if you have to go into the city you walk 3 block to Stamford Station Metro North or Amtrak, if you like to eat out they have excellent bars and restaurants 1 block away. I highly recommend this locat

I just moved in this month.. some of the things that some of the tenants or past tenants are saying I haven’t experienced those things.. I had maintenance come and service the apartment and they came in a timely manner and were very polite and helpful. Kathy has always been great ! She made sure that my move-in was easy and accommodating whatever I’ve needed help with thereafter.. she has done her best to help me. I’m looking forward to enjoying living here.. if there is one thing I would like to see improved it’s the trash room… it would be nice if it was repainted.. i think it would really make a difference in the up keeping of the building.
