The Brandy in the office with the white wig Is highly highly rude I’m not sure how she still has her job when I first moved here. I had an infestation of ants for about a month. I have videos. I Write a report they will come and the answer will just come right back then my AC will start working five times the mechanic had to come out now She’s trying because of those incidents in my complaints to charge me $500 because I have a washer and dryer on my porch set up to the side as though I had a door that’s what the placements are she said as a fire hazard I said OK then I asked her what’s the difference between having porch chairs and having them sit out to the side she said because it’s in the way of you getting out of your door I said ma’am it’s not even on the side of my door. it’s off to

I have lived at the Kendrick for 2 years and it has been my favorite Atlanta apartment yet!!! The office staff is super friendly, I love the office events that they throw! Kenneth Thomas in the office is so very kind. LOVE my apartment! Great resident support! And Enrique with maintenance is Extremely helpful and kind!

I lived at The Kendrick for about two years and really loved living here. I’m only moving because I wanted to be closer to friends in Midtown, not because of anything negative about the complex. If you’re looking in areas near Buckhead, I would highly recommend this place. The quality of the apartments is excellent, and the prices feel super reasonable for the square footage. The appliances and finishes were very nice, and my apartment had tons of storage, with closets in the bedrooms, bathrooms, and under the stairs. The amenities were also great. The gym was really nice and accessible 24/7, with multiple treadmills and ellipticals, several weight machines, and a full dumbbell and kettlebell setup. The pool area also looked really nice (though I personally never used it). Location-wise

My agent was Antonio he has amazing customer service. And help me with everything I need it He was phenomenal very informative of the area not just the apartment. That is what led me to apply. The Kendrick company has a true gem on their hands I appreciated that so much. Thank you again Antonio for everything u definitely good at your job #atlliving

I had a great tour today with Antonio, and I was really impressed. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience smooth and comfortable. Every question I asked was answered clearly, and they took their time showing me all the features of the property. Their positive attitude and professionalism made a big difference.I left the tour feeling confident and well-informed. I truly appreciate the great service!
