The Kelvin Apartments

So far, I like the apartment. There are a few minor repairs than need to be fixed. Also, the noise coming from the unit above me is almost unbearable. It is extremely LOUD and constant; even at 1, 2, and 3 a.m. It wakes me out of my sleep at night and I’m trying to stay awake at work the next day. Overall, I’m satisfied, but it would have been a deal breaker had I known about the noise in the upstairs unit.

Recently, I had an issue in my apartment, and Edwin, the maintenance technician, came by to fix it. He resolved the problem quickly, explained what happened, and was extremely respectful throughout the visit. On his way out, he even noticed a few cobwebs, ran to his cart, and knocked them down and then sprayed for bugs to provide extra protection, all without me saying a word. I’ve lived here for a year now, and every issue I’ve had has been handled promptly with excellent communication from the entire team. A few things worth highlighting about the property: • The pool is always spotless and a perfect place to relax when the weather’s nice. • The gym has everything you need for your fitness journey. • Community events give residents a great chance to meet and connect with one another.

The Kelvin has gone so downhill, their management is a joke who only try to get as many fees and payments out of its residents as humanly possible, Yanishka Burgos in particular will lie to your face and then repeatedly say ‘as per your rent agreement’ and ‘did you get that in writing?’ To make you feel extra good about your decision to waste your hard earned money renting from them, whatever you do, do NOT rent at The Kelvin

I heard so much about the place, so I decided to drive up and take a look for myself. From the time I stepped foot on the property, I felt at home. Rodney greeted me with a smile and great hospitality! Considering moving to the area! If I do The Kelvin will be my 1st choice! Gorgeous property!

The Kelvin has been a great place to live. Even with the new staff they have gone above and beyond, maintenance is fast and reliable. My apartment is spacious and the location cant be beat. Highly recommend this community.
