The Kelsey at Scofield Farms

I been living in Kelsey for 8 months and I can’t wait to my lease ends!! Let’s start for the most recent problem I had, homeless people camp on the back woods is horrible homeless people is always burning stuff in the wood and you never can have the windows open, this last weekend one of my neighbors decided that the parking lot it was good place to have sex outside of their car, one of my neighbors was high one morning all aggressive he decided to chase me on the highway almost killing me and this happened on August and at this point olí haven’t heard nothing from Chris ( manager), so r shared the only entrance road with a high school making the access to the complex horrible, parking spots here are so limited and when neighbors like to throw late parties on the pool is not parking availa

I have toured The Kelsey last weekend, and overall, it was a great experience. The community was clean, well‑kept, and quiet. Even though, I didn't have an appointment, the property manager Cris gave me a full tour after a short wait. There are plenty of amenities to enjoy. I especially liked the well-equipped gym, the sizable main pool and the dog spa because I am a dog owner. For anyone looking for a comfortable, well‑managed property in North Austin, The Kelsey is definitely worth considering.

I absolutely love living here! The property is beautifully maintained and always looks so clean and inviting. I especially love that they have two pools — it’s such a great perk and makes the community feel like a resort. The personal business pods are also a huge bonus and perfect for working from home or taking meetings without distractions. The amenities are amazing, and everything is thoughtfully designed. It truly feels like a place you’re proud to call home. Highly recommend!

I’ve been living at The Kelsey Apartment Homes for a while now and I genuinely love it here. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and always helpful whenever I need anything. They regularly organize community events which makes living here feel more like a real community, not just an apartment complex. It’s such a nice touch and something you don’t see everywhere. They also offer great move-in specials and promotions from time to time. If you’re thinking about moving, I definitely recommend checking this place out!

the monthly and semi weekly events are so fun!! the management and staff are always friendly and helpful. maintenance responds to requests in a timely manner and they are very knowledgeable and quick. the units are up to date and very clean. the pool during the summer time is AMAZING! the bbq area in the pool is a good amenity to have when you’re hanging out and want to grill. i have nothing but good things to say about this complex.
