From the very beginning, they provided exceptional service, showing great patience, clarity, and a genuine willingness to help at every step. They took the time to explain everything in detail, answer all my questions, and make sure the entire process was clear and smooth. Kavista is very well-maintained. My leasing process was very smooth. One thing I really like is the professionalism of both Karen and Olga, they have been tremendously helpful throughout this whole process. They took their time to give me a wonderful tour of the place at the very last hour of the day. They never hesitate to assist and address my concerns during the application process. They are very clear about the pricing and easily reachable! Overall, great experience!

The Kavista is a beautiful apartment building. Built in 2024 with all the amenities (amazing outdoor pool area, full gym, theater room, 24-7 mini mart, etc.) at a great price. Olga and her team make the signing/move in process a breeze! My girlfriend & I are very happy to have found this place!!

​ Unfair billing practices and hidden fees and BUG INFESTATIONS – Beware ​Rating: 1/5 Stars ​I recently moved out and was extremely disappointed with the management's lack of flexibility and their aggressive billing. My girlfriend lost her job, and despite the difficult situation, the complex showed zero empathy. ​Here are the main issues we encountered: CENTIPEDE infestation: we had centipedes all over our apartment for months. They are also all over the hallways and common areas. Management did nothing to fix the issue even when residents complained. ​Notice Period Trap: They are charging me for an entire extra month of rent simply because I didn't provide exactly 60 days' notice. While it may be in the lease, it feels like a predatory way to squeeze more money out of people who are alre

Monica and Olga were incredibly nice and extremely knowledgeable about the building, all the floorplans, they both knew the neighborhood well and provided me with an extensive tour of Kavista. The building is incredible, amazing apartments and outstanding common areas. Monica was great at suggesting the right floor plan for me (and she was right). It was not the largest one, but one that was quite special and fitted my needs. Move in should be happening by mid March and I am very excited to be making Kavista my next home.
