I stopped by to tour a one-bedroom apartment and was warmly greeted by Joann. She was very kind and polite, answering all of my questions and showing me around the community. Although I’m not planning to move until January, I will be returning to apply. Great costumer service!

I was so excited at first to move here simply because Mrs.Alejandra was so sweet and understanding! I was having a very hard time and her sweet voice and just her being so helpful to my situation; is what sold me on living there. Mrs.Alejandra wasn’t at work one day I came and I had to deal with the new manager Joanne; who is very rude and disrespectful. I gave them a call back to ask have they received all the documents and she said yes she needed a form and I told her she didn’t need that form until I was approved and I was enlightening her on how the process should go.
