The Julien Apartments

Management is friendly and attentive. I appreciate their email notices for events and apartment related news. Maintenance is quick to help. Been living here for many years and have made many friends through their social events. Great community! Apartment quality is solid. Walls are solid, and private parking is great. Who needs a pool when the building has good bones? Management is realistic with any fines and not as predatory as their competitors. Great location, too.

I lived here for about 3 years. When I signed my lease in 2020, it was owned by another company. The staff in the leasing office were SO friendly and we got such a good deal. We were very happy. A few months into our lease, it was purchased by a different company and they got new staff. By the time we went to re-sign, the price increased by over $300 a month, we assumed due to getting new ownership (we also did initially get a deal because we signed during Covid). The new staff they got were NOT friendly. But they did change all the decor in the lobby, which was a nice touch and it always smelt really good! Things we loved about this apartment complex: - it wasn't huge, so there wasn't a lot of foot traffic through the halls and it wasn't super loud. - it is an amazing location!! We could

My boyfriend & I moved in almost 2 weeks ago. Trey was very understanding, accommodating & patient. He is very responsive & attentive when it comes to any questions we may have. We love our new home! It’s so peaceful here and in great walking distance to so many places. All the tenants we have met are very friendly as well. If you’re looking to move or even if it’s your first apartment you’re looking into, just GO FOR IT. It’s a great great place.

I've lived at The Julien almost 4 years and have nothing but positive things to say! The complex is well maintained and the staff are always friendly and helpful. If I ever needed maintenance, they were quick to assist. The location is amazing and so walkable to everything in Plaza! I'll be moving out at the end of my lease to move into another part of town but I would recommend The Julien to anyone!

I have been living here for a few months now and I can only say good things. Great, super friendly staff, everyone is super responsive and always willing to help. Clean, safe and the location is amazing.
