The Jaxon Luxury Apartments

After moving few time within one year I finally made the right move and came to Jaxon. With that being said I can say that I’ve seen a lot and trust me there’s no better than Jaxon. I love this community, love the staff who make us all feel so welcome and like a family . Nick and Chasity along with the rest of the team , thank you for making me feel like a part of the family ❤️❤️

The Jaxon apartments are truly a fantastic place to live. From the tour to the move-in experience, we felt right at home instantly. The staff at Jaxon is incredibly friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to help residents. They address any issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring a smooth and stress-free living experience. Elaine, the manager, along with the rest of the team, including the maintenance staff, are outstanding individuals who consistently provide exceptional service. The property itself is beautifully maintained, with lush landscaping and well-kept common areas. They often organize fun and engaging events for residents, fostering a strong sense of community. My fiancé and I were looking for a place in jacksonville and we toured a couple locations but when we got to the Jaxon we immediately knew this was the place for us! Nick was amazing and very attentive making it so easy to find our place and get moved in! The Jaxon is also within a 1 mile radius of all the stores you would need for everyday shopping. Target, Publix, Aldi and so many restaurants within a mile it’s amazing! 10/10 would recommend moving here. (Also white modern kitchen and amenities!)

I have been loving my experience living at The Jaxon, a huge part of that is thanks to Chasity, the property manager. From day one, she made me feel welcomed and comfortable as a resident. She is incredibly attentive, kind, and always willing to go above and beyond to help with anything I need. Whether it’s answering questions, addressing concerns, or simply checking in, she truly cares about the people who live here. It’s rare to find someone who puts so much heart into their work, and I appreciate her more than I can say. The Jaxon is a beautiful place to live and it feels like home!

I recently left a review regarding my experience with The Jaxon Apartments after my family was restationed and had to break our lease. Unfortunately, under the previous staff, communication during our transition was extremely poor. We were not given clear guidance or timely updates, and after we had already vacated the apartment, an unexpected and excessive balance was placed on our account and sent to collections.
