With so many rental scams going on, our family was more than grateful to have dealt with a company with high standards. Our family leased a property in Central Florida from Jander Group for 8 years. They are transparent from start to finish and highly professional. Any maintenence issues were addressed promptly by Kathy and Jill. Leasing concerns were addressed by Mr. Mushashe or Michael. Thank you Jander Group for renting a lovely home to our family. We highly recommend Jander Group and wish them much success!

We leased two houses in East Orlando through The Jander Group over a period of several years. They were always quick to respond whenever we needed anything. As tenants, we always appreciated their promptness as well as their transparency. In both instances, our leases came to an end because the owners wanted to sell their houses, and The Jander Group gave us more notice than they were even required to give under the terms of our leases. We very much appreciated this because it gave us time to figure things out. Great people! Highly recommend!

I leased a house from The Jander Group for the past 4 years. The few maintenance issues I had were taken care of very quick. They had the vendor contact me directly for scheduling to work around my schedule, the vendors they used are very professional, fixed the issues, cleaned up after themself which to me I appreciate because I have had service techs leave a mess and to me that is disrespectful. It's super easy to communicate with them easy through the portal you can pay your rent, see your documents, and submit tickets if needed. I have and will recommend The Jander Group to friends in the future. I only moved and am not renting anymore because I purchased a home.

I was a tenant from 2018 to the beginning of 2024. Jander required a larger than average security deposit due to my lack of rental history. 5+ years provided time for a lot of wear and tear. I feared I'd be an easy target especially after reading other reviews. The contractually required cleaning cost $800 which seemed insane but I complied. I received the check today from Jander with minimal contact from them, a bad sign I assumed but I was wrong. I received 91% of my deposit and agree and admit to the charges deducted. They were more than cordial about visits through the years and respected our privacy. They were mostly prompt about service calls and professional and fair. That's my experience. 4/5 Only because they restricted my ability to pay digitally for 1 year. I violated a rule and

I recently submitted the $70 application with the Jander group and my application was denied because they could not verify my rental history. I reached out to my landlord via phone (it only took a simple phone call) and found the verification was sitting in their spam folder. Upon collecting $70, the Jander Group took no initiative to process the application correctly. They also stated that I did not complete my leasing application since the income line was left blank, however, I did tell them via email how much income I generated and also sent them paystubs. After the lack of communication with the Jander Group I reached out to the home owner directly to inform them of my concern with the management company. While my application was denied, I hope that the home is occupied soon. To other
