The Jamestown Apartments

For the last 7 years, my wife and I have resided in a Port Warwick apartment located on the top floor of the Roth building. It has been a pleasant stay, until recently. Towards the end of this January we began experiencing an intermittent , droning, machine-like sound resonating into our apartment. After reporting the sound to the rental office, their HVAC contractor came to look at the situation. It turns our that air conditioning units are located on a flat part of the roof nearby and overhead our apartment. It is our understanding that one of the units is failing and producing the sound. The contractor reportedly placed a pad under the unit which did little to alleviate the sound. The unit is to be replaced but the contractor said it will not happen until sometime this spring (wh

This is such a peaceful neighborhood. The apartments, although a little older, are nice with modern renovations. The maintenance team is great. The team in the rental office is pleasant and helpful. I have spent most of my time dealing with Tricia, who has been phenomenal! She is very thorough, follows up promptly and makes you feel as though you're in good hands. She's definitely gone above and beyond. I couldn't be more appreciative.

The manager, Tracey White is very nice and professional, and she always takes care of our work orders and follows up on them to make sure that I am satisfied and everything was done correctly. I think she genuinely cares about her tenants. This is why I love living at Jamestown apartments.

We have lived at Styron Square Apartments for almost 5 years. We love living here. The staff of this complex is outstanding. James, our doorman, is the best! He is always very helpful and goes beyond his job description. He makes our stay here very comfortable and is always making jokes and having fun with the residents. Great place to live.

I spoke with Tracey, the property manager, about some concerns I had about my unit and she was nothing but kind and professional throughout our entire conversation and was quick to resolve my concerns. I love living at the Jamestown apartments but I enjoy it even more because of the encounters I have with the staff, granted I did have the best experience with staffing at the apartment I was living in previously. Overall, I have thoroughly enjoyed living in this community
