The property is beautiful 🤩the apartments are nice inside, very functional, and new appliance. I am very comfortable living here I put in a service request and it didn't take long for them to come and solve the problem. The maintenance staff is very friendly. At night, it's very quiet despite the perceived heavy neighborhood. It's a shame that some people are so dirty and don't know how to take care of the environment where they live. Sometimes they leave trash bags on the stairs or in the middle of the hallway. They throw bottles or their trash around, not being careful. I've had eggs thrown at my car window. On weekends, especially Saturdays, there are people who stay at the pool until the early hours of the morning 1 am making noise and leaving all their trash behind. Also, outside b

The James on Grand Avenue is one of the most welcoming and well-managed communities I’ve come across in the Wells Branch area. The staff — especially Natalie and her manager — go above and beyond to make renters feel supported throughout the leasing process. The community itself is clean, peaceful, and offers great amenities like a sparkling pool, fitness center, and smart layouts that really enhance the living experience. The surrounding area strikes a rare balance between convenience and calm, which is a big plus for many of my clients. I always look forward to visiting this property — it has that rare sense of community that stands out in today’s rental market. Definitely worth considering if you’re looking in North Austin.

I just want to publicly thank this community and establishment for being tremendously helpful and welcoming! Ms.Ambrosia and Ms.Luciana has been extremely professional and helpful to this first time mommy !! The staff overall are phenomenal! Everyone tries their very best and exceeds the needs of the community. I have seen so many great, swift changes and they were made with consideration of all! The only thing I really miss is being about to help with community events during holidays for the children. It’s the only time I can seem to help be of service to them for their efforts! Plus, being able to help children just warms my heart. I am extremely grateful to have met such an amazing staff and community during these trying times. I wish peace and happiness to all !!

Front desk clerk was initially aggressive and rude could have been having a bad day i didn’t take it personal. Sadly didn’t get to tour a unit but it seems like a good community looking forward to get a better experience on my next visit to know more and secure a move in date.

I had toured this property and they office staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Luis was the one who showed me the unit and he asked me questions about what i was looking for and he made me feel like he genuinely cared about my preferences. Great experience!!
