This is a little secret slice of Heaven. This location couldn’t be better just blocks away from Publix. Nice quiet streets. Big old oak tree’s over our cobblestone roads with shade along with wide sidewalks. It is just a beautiful old town/new Downtown feel and the homes and businesses are just beautiful. Lake Eola is right across the street from Publix two blocks away and I can walk my daughter to her charter school that she absolutely adores. The condos are all brand new updated, top-of-the-line electronics. Nicole, is our property manager. Nicole is so amazing at her job. She gets back to me promptly and genuinely cares about her residents. Maintenance is quick to repair 24/7! I signed two and I’m probably going to extend that. Even though we have a small place, we would not want to li
