Honest review: The Jade Apartments were my very first apartments. I was approved to move in here in March of 2024 and Crystal was working here as the leasing assistant. While this was a seamless and wonderful experience for me, it wasn’t until I began to experience life here at the Jade that my opinion quickly changed. I can honestly say I was bamboozled by the appearance of the leasing office, to the kindness of the staff. I say this because the quality of these apartments are absolutely NOT worth the money. They charge you an extra $100-200 for a renovated apartment but is it truly renovated? The roaches here are horrible all season long. They do have pest control come around every 3-6 months but it doesn’t seem to do much. Mind you, the residents pay for pest control in their rent. I fi

I’ve lived here for over a year, and it’s been a great experience. The staff is friendly and always quick to respond to maintenance requests. The community is clean, quiet, and well-kept, and the amenities are fantastic. The location is super convenient for shopping and commuting. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, stress-free living experience

I just moved out yesterday. The property is horrible mold was growing all in my apartment. Mold starting growing on my clothes in my closet and also Making me sick. When i first viewed the apartment it was leaking the carpet in the rooms was soaked and Crystal act like they didnt know. Ive had a ceiling leak in the bathroom they half fixed. Gant is very bad here they come out from fire place and sinks. Also the roaches is bad in the complex. Since I reported them to the city they trying to get the mold under control. Then I was told its no prorated move outs and had to have the key turned in at 3:00 Pm on Friday . They left the office at 320 pm and trying to charge me a whole month of rent .The keys and the fob was left in the apartment on the counter.on friday at 340pm . They also seen me

Maintenance is top notch any problems that I have they are on it, excellent work. Also, Mary is very concerned about her tenants and always looking for a solution to any problem you may have. Jade Charlotte has been my home for 7 years love it here.
