Hi all I have been moved away from my rental home from the Jacques company for a year and a half and I have to say I miss them being my Landlords Every single day! Janee was so so wonderful to me and my children! They were always prompt to fix anything that I needed fixed! I had lived in my home for more than 13 years! I loved that home so so much I wished I never had to move! They were FANTASTIC! Now when you go out here and realize that you truly have left a great rental company to a terrible rental company you will regret leaving! God bless you all Jannee Jan Don miss you all Amanda!

I’m honestly not sure how this company has 4 stars (if I could give 0 stars I would). We hired the Jaques Company to serve as our Property Management for our home we were renting out to a family. Here’s SOME of the things that absolutely blew our minds- 1. A little background story- The Jaques company had our contract written for months longer than we had initially agreed to. We needed our tenants out by the 1 year mark (January 2025). I talked with Janee (who we spoke to mostly throughout the duration of our lease with them), about our need to sell the home in January and then she went manic… Janee called our tenants, threatened to evict them and take them to court (WITHOUT notifying us- I only found out because I knew our tenants). They have 2 small children & Janee imploded on them, w
