The Jacqueline

The Jacqueline is a great place to live. I had been going through some health issues due to a terrible car accident I was in and I ended up having to leave my apartment before my lease was up. I was looking for a new appartment and came across the Jacqueline. I went to a showing for the two bedroom apartment. It was very nice and very spacious it also includes some utilities which was awesome. I explained my situation applied and was approved. Everyone I met in the leasing office was really nice and answered all of my questions. They also was very remorseful of my situation. Although I have only lived here for 5 months. I have no complaints very friendly neighbors as well. Nice gated community. Pet friendly.

I’ve only been here for two weeks but it is everything I hoped for and more. From the first showing, Skyler was beyond helpful and made sure all of my questions were answered every step of the way. It’s quiet, peaceful, and a stellar location. Plus free gated parking downtown - that was a HUGE selling point for me. It’s very secure and I feel incredibly lucky to call this community my home.

1/19/26: Before I officially moved in, I toured the community twice. I simply fell in love with the ambiance and the immaculate condition of the unit. Skyler was extremely patient and informative and did everything she could to keep me informed of any changes/updates. My wish is that the residents have better access to the amenities at the sister apartment. 11/24/25: I am now a new resident here and I am simply delighted. The neighbors are courteous and very helpful. I haven’t had any disturbances and the maintenance team is awesome & on point!! Management is very responsive and I’m glad I made the decision to move here. Usually, when you see all of the reviews that have five stars are reviews that management has paid for, but I must say that I was totally blown away at the beauty of this

This place is an absolute gem in a prime location. I came in for a “quick viewing,” emotionally unavailable and pretending I was just browsing and have everything together. That lasted about five minutes. No i was gawking actually. Impressed. Suddenly I was imagining furniture placement, life upgrades, and my future personality as “person who lives here.” One viewing turned into love at first ‘signed’ (puns) and now I’m proudly one of the residents. Came to look. Stayed to live. Would recommend losing your self-control here. Not all the time though

To be completely honest, my experience hasn’t been the best. I’ve resided here at The Jacqueline’s for going on a year now and there have been many upsets over a span of time I wouldn’t know where to start. If I had more time, I would let it all out…but I don’t therefore I won’t. Maintenance is amazing however. They’ve been very responsive whenever I’ve needed assistance and very kind.
