The Jackson Apartments

This is a very lovely place to live! Me and my girlfriend moved to the Jackson's around 2025 of July and we've had absolutely no complaints and have been loving every month so far. The pool is always clean and open to use at any time during the day and the Gym has an array of equipment for you to use which is also cleaned daily. The area is very nice with there being a lot of amenities around for you to get to with relatively quick drives, & the units are also very spacious and beautiful. Everything was newly renovated and up to date. The staff here is also very friendly and courteous & will help you with any complaint that you have. Especially Shearon and Kendall! I'm glad that they're our representatives here. I would recommend the Jackson's any day of the week.

I had to call 3 xx to get my air fixed and it caused my bill to go up. Nothing done. The trash is still in my breeze way going on 2 months and beeeze way not pressured washed after told. Melissa the manager is too busy for anything. I had to call the police because threatened by the neighbor. But the same neighbor threw Ted another neighbor and the main office and yet nothing is done. Melissa will talk in circles with you and tell you how busy she is. I called ram and they promised to call me back to follow up on gallery and I have not heard anything g. The ac people was allowed in my apartment with none from community with them. I have cameras and they left my door unlocked to water heater room. Also left the ac switch changed amongst other things. They will respond because this is publi

We toured The Jackson with Ms. Shearon and it’s only her second day here but she was amazing!! Super friendly and informative. We toured the model 2 bedroom/2 bathroom and it was fully renovated and beautiful. I loved their farmhouse sink and granite countertops. Definitely in our top choices for apartments in Newnan, GA!!

Kendall and Melissa were so accommodating to all my needs they got me approved quickly as I was relocating from another state and I was able to get the 1 full month free special! Shearon was wonderful! She took her time explaining everything to me during my move in process and she made it feel fun and exciting which I really appreciated. It’s already feeling like home and I feel so welcomed! Thank you to the Jackson Team for making this experience a delightful one!
