The application process was smooth. I had to get some help with uploading documents but Annye had our back. She walked us through the process and even got us the apartment size we needed. I can't wait to move in and see what this new management system will do with the property. Thank you Annye

I was soon to be resident at The Izzy, and I’ve been genuinely impressed throughout the whole process. The property is very poorly taken care of, lacked hallway cleaning, and feels like a maintenance lacked knowledge and wasn't properly maintained or a safe place to live. Every time I’ve visited or called, the staff has been professional, but Katie especially has stood out. She has gone above and beyond to answer questions, explain everything clearly, and make the whole move-in process feel easy. she went out of her way to try to get a unit ready but due to maintenance issues and time frame I didn't close on my lease. I have never been so excited about moving into a place! The application process was seamless and fast! I got an apartment that we can afford and the introductory deals are amazing! Definitely check them out for second chance apartments or looking for a new lease on life! (No pun intended!) Ask for KEYARA

My experience here has been very disappointing. Maintenance requests are either ignored or never fully fixed. There are serious pest issues, including roaches and mice, which have not been properly addressed. When bringing concerns to the office, the manager Keyera was dismissive and rude instead of helpful. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this property to look elsewhere
