The Isles

As a resident of The Isles, we couldn’t have found a better and more peaceful place to live in the area. The community is extremely clean and the staff is amazing. Everyone from Donovan in the office to the maintenance crew, shoutout to Osmany, is fantastic. Always happy to help and get work done really fast. They are great!

I have lived here for a little over a month! Just wow. Donavan the leasing manager is extremely tentative to his tenants. Osmany, the Maintenance manager and his crew, Is probably one of the hardest working crews I’ve ever seen. They really care about the community here and I can tell they know how important it is that their tenants are happy. Needless to say, I’m overjoyed with the choice to move here and the reviews really speak volumes about this place. You all are doing wonderful and I’m blessed to be here!

Lived here as a student for 2 years and loved it. They were able to accommodate my needs as a student while maintaining a friendly, safe, and beautiful complex. I enjoyed swimming in the pool, grilling outside in the commons, and working out late night at their 24hr access gym. Anyone interested in a home down here with great amenities, look no further than the Isles.

Ricky and Manny, the maintenance duo, are phenomenal. It is not often, but when they are needed, they are knowledgeable and provide excellent service, quickly and efficiently. They are always positive and their strong work ethic is always on display by how they strive to keep the facility up on a daily basis and in the care that they show for the property. Michelle in the office is always helpful (and cheerful) and this is very appreciated! It was nice to see her (and Ricky) stay on when ownership changed hands last year. Andrea, the property manager has always been able to quickly answer any questions that we have had as well and both her and Michelle can be found walking around the property from time to time which is welcomed. The community is clean and I love the fact that the gates are up and working. Great staff and management! I have wonderful and caring neighbors. I feel safer knowing that we won't have anyone off the streets trying to get in while we are asleep. Great place for your pet buddy. Most of all, I enjoy docking my boat behind my home! The property managers are especially awesome and always very helpful when needed. Everything can be managed through an app.
