This is the rest of Mari-Jo Qualey's review: The buildings are literally crumbling. I’m not joking. Almost everyday there was new pieces of concrete, wood, roofing, or pebbles that had come loose and landed on top of our furnishings from the structure falling apart. We had over 10 leaks in our apartment ceiling during our 8 month stay. The leaks ruined our mattress toppers and a dresser. The apartment manager could have cared less. She did nothing to try and compensate us for our losses. She told us to contact our renters insurance, and our renters insurance was provided by the apartments so you can guess how that turned out. We weren’t able to use a third of the square footage of our apartment because of the leaks in the ceiling. We had to strategically place our furnishings, then cross

I strongly recommend avoiding Interwoven Lofts / Legend Property Group. My experience: I vacated the unit July 31, 2025 (keys returned Aug 1) after repeatedly reporting severe habitability problems. Management itself acknowledged problems in writing, yet the building suffered chronic failures (8 roof repairs in the same area, repeated utility outages, and property damage — my mattress was destroyed by water intrusion). I provided my forwarding address via email and a physical notice on July 25, 2025 — I have delivery/open receipts and photos. Despite this, management sent a move-out statement that triple-charged me for August (a month I did not occupy) and included a $2,754 early-termination fee and a $500 move-in clawback. They then withheld my $1,377 security deposit. I dispute every c

Despite receiving 3 messages to confirm our tour appointment. They seemed surprised we were there. And then of course the apartment we were there to see is already taken... The few others we decided to look at, rushed the whole time cause they needed to get to some type of staff meeting. Wonder what the lounge and gym looks like. Never saw them. As far as the actual apartments. Hit or miss. Some looked okay, most were poor craftsmanship. Who wants their only living room window to be the a view of a hallway... Kitchen & bathroom fixtures were cheap. The "original" floors were terrible. 1st floor, still had a ton of stairs? Why!? I was really hoping for this to work for me. Utilities might be included but it's not worth it. The obvious leaks, and handy man fixes... if you know anything abo

Immediately end your search for the perfect apartment if you enjoy... Ceiling and/or roof leaking water for the duration of your lease! Interwoven (see what I did there) HVAC system that carries your neighbors' devil's lettuce and cigarette smoke into your unit! Pretending you're in Mad Max trying to secure a parking spot, better choose wisely or the manager will get you towed! Crumbling paint and wood chips falling from the high ceilings that mixes well with your furnishings, food and surfaces! Incessant noise from constructing even more units, once that ceases for the day, no problem there is a train parallel to the property! Property maintenance personnel too busy at the local 7/11 to assist with your deficiencies! Abundance of dogs throughout the property that fill every square inch of

My time at the interwoven lofts was exceptional. From the other residence who are so welcoming and kind to Wendy in the office who was so easy to talk with and always replied to any questions I had during my time. I was extremely lucky and had a wonderful 1 bedroom 1 bath, the apartment itself was beautiful and so cool , I never had one issue in my time there. I always felt secure and safe, I would recommend Interwoven Lofts 1000%. It’s a wonderful place to live if you are alone or have a family. I always felt looked after and cared for.
