The InterUrban Lofts

Has been a great experience living here. My favorite apartment I have lived in so far. Floorplans are great, maintenance is timely, and management is responsive. Location in OP is prime. No complaints!

We love living here! Everything is high quality and well maintained. When we moved in 2 months ago, our apartment was so clean we couldn’t tell if someone had lived here before us (at least one person had lived in this apartment before). Management is great and very responsive. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The building is very quiet! The amenities are also really nice (wonderful patio, free coffee, underground parking, storage units, and a gym). The location is amazing with downtown OP a block away! We are a young couple who just moved to Kansas City and plan to stay at InterUrban lofts for a few more years!

I have been at InterUrban coming up on 2 years and love it! It is the perfect building--quiet, clean, safe, not too big etc. The neighbors and staff are all so friendly. Staff is especially helpful! It's also awesome being so close to Downtown OP. I love being able to walk to many local shops, restaurants, etc. So happy to call InterUrban home :)

Interurban is a great place to live. The building is well maintained and very well built. The furnishings are very pretty. The neighbors are kind and very courteous. Management and maintenance are great and responsive to any questions and concerns. Old Overland Park is right next door with eateries and the farmers market. I highly recommend taking a look!

I couldn't be happier with InterUrban Lofts. I have now lived there since end of April and have zero complaints. The finishes are spectacular, the layout is perfect and spacious and open, the patio is an oasis - I mean -Royals baseball and a grillout with friends on your own terrace is a Friday night dream come true. The biggest factor that sets this development apart is the developer/management company- its apparent they care about the tenants and treat us like memorable humans! Excellent location and thrilled to live here!
