Maggie and her team are amongst the least professional, least responsive people I have ever come across in any industry. They do not look out for their clients' best interest. This is a game of cashing commission checks and once the offer is accepted you will never hear from them again. Couldn't even get a response to confirm closing went through successfully for 3 days. 5 months later we are still dealing with the breach of contract on the repair contract and had to hire a lawyer. If you are looking for a realtor who could care less about you during the biggest purchase of your life then look no further!

I have used Maggie and her team twice now in 6 months buying property. Without a doubt the very best of customer service I have experienced. It has been as close to turn-key as possible with all the follow up needed after the purchase. I HIGHLY recommend this team for the best in before and after the transaction.

Our experience with Eileen, Maggie, Shania, and the rest of their team was phenomenal. They were friendly, willing to work with our weird availability, held our hand through all of the challenging parts.. They were always two steps ahead on what we needed, so the second we found a house we wanted to make an offer on, we had everything ready to go, and the team swooped in to make everything about the closing process as easy as possible, even setting up our utility accounts for us. I could message them at 8 PM and someone would do their best to get me an answer the same night. I had a question about my HOA 3 months after we closed and the team stepped up to help immediately. 10/10, would recommend to anyone in the area.

My husband and I were selling in Goose Creek and buying in West Ashley all at the same time. We were hoping for back to back closings on the same day.
