The Huntley Luxury Apartments

I lived at The Huntley for the past year, and I can’t recommend it enough. The staff and concierge team — Thomas, Vivian, Chris, and Sayed — are wonderful. They’re always quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and just genuinely good people who make you feel at home. The building itself is beautiful, as was my apartment — I never had an issue. The location in Buckhead is perfect too with everything you could need close by. The amenities are top-notch, and the common areas are always spotless, which speaks to how well the property is managed and cared for. Even moving in and moving out was seamless, which is rare and so appreciated. Overall, The Huntley has been an amazing place to live and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality living experience in Atlanta.

The location is fantastic, and the building itself is beautiful—especially the rooftop and courtyard. I also really enjoy the Residents’ Den and all the other well-thought-out amenities. I moved here late 2024 and this is easily the worst apartment community I have ever lived in. Management is dishonest and untrustworthy. Thomas Coffee will tell you one thing and then do something else behind your back. There is zero transparency with residents. In 2025, there were three deaths in this building. Residents were not notified about the most recent incident involving a stabbing. I only found out through the news. That is unacceptable. Parking is terrible. Residents get booted constantly, even when properly registered. This building has gone completely downhill. While the apartments look nice, they are not worth the money at all. Do not move here.

My cousin, who plays for the Hawks, has a girlfriend living here. When we visited, the first thing I noticed was a police car parked in the garage, usually a red flag for high crime. I’m currently at Sora in Midtown, which is newer and more affordable than her building. It’s decent overall, but I do wonder how safe she feels living there.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about The Huntley. From the moment we moved in, the experience has been nothing short of luxury and exceptional service. The staff here is truly incredible. Anytime we need anything fixed, even the smallest thing, it’s handled quickly and without hesitation.
