If I could give 0 stars, I would. Unfortunately, my experience with this property has been incredibly disappointing. The leasing staff are unprofessional and often discuss private resident matters openly with other tenants sitting at their desk completely disregarding basic privacy. It’s uncomfortable, inappropriate, and shows a serious lack of professionalism. Additionally, staff often have their children running around the office or even sitting at the front desk. (Nothing against kids I’m a parent myself but in a professional setting, this is just not appropriate.) I also had an issue with my lease that I won’t go into detail about here, but the way it was handled was unacceptable. There was no effort to resolve the issue, no “What can we do to help?” just defensiveness and dismissiv

Community =5 star I lived in the complex for a year and the community was great with friendly neighbors and an overall quite complex. My 2 star rating comes from two occasions of black mold inside my unit. The day I received my keys to the unit there was a large amount of visible black mold in the bathroom and master closet, the maintenance guy at the time went above and beyond to resolve the issue. When the mold occurred a second time in the kitchen cabinets and microwave area the bare minimum was done to find the cause of the black mold. A bandaid to the issue instead of a solution and the next resident could experience black mold (health risk). Moving out: keep your own documentation of previous damages prior to moving in. DO NOT LIVE HERE. The customer service is absolutely abysmal and the parking situation is terrible. Working out an issue with the staff is like pulling teeth. They leave work early and generally don't care whatsoever about any issue you have. I was also once double charged for rent and they were like molasses working out the issue. Save yourself the headache and live somewhere else.

Property was very well kept and Clean and the office staff was very friendly, Mattie was especially helpful with giving tours and prices for their units. The property has a beautiful pool and a nice sized playground for children to play in. The Hudson also has a dog park that’s really big and kept clean and nice.

We were the first ones to move into our brand new apartment over a year ago. The staff has always been tentative to anything we have requested or needed. The apartments are beautiful, the grounds well taken care of and the pool and workout room are awesome. We love it here so much that we upgraded from a 2-bedroom to a 3-bedroom when our lease was up. Parking can be tough to park directly in front of your apartment (it was like that in my last apartment in Florida so it is what it is) but you can rent a covered parking space to call yours or walk just a bit. We love our home. It’s gorgeous.
