The best description is “lipstick on a pig”. It looks great as long as you don’t look too closely. The office staff is impossible to reach or get anything done. The only way to ensure communication is by going in. Then you’ll be lucky if you get a straight answer then. I still have nails coming UP through my floors that have not been addressed. I grabbed maintenance when they drove by to show them and they took a photo and hammered them back down but they are still pushing back up through the floor. I’ve heard nothing from the office and it’s been a month. At this point, throw a rug over it. My dishwasher I had to put shims in so it wouldn’t tip over. The office knows but no word. Carpet is stained and not tacked down. They know but still no word. I’ve only been there 6 weeks. Can’t wait t
So far, every maintenance issue I have had has been handled in a timely manner, which is really great. The apartment layouts are great and the grounds are well kept. Neighbors can be noisy (yelling a lot and loud music at night) The main issue I have is you pay for amenities, but only have access to most of them if the office is open. You cannot reserve the club house or use it after the office is closed. Many other apartment complexes allow it if you have a scan card (which we do have). Overall, would recommend. The office staff are really awesome and always willing to help.
Roaches are a major concern, even after I personally set off 6 (3 on one day and 3 more the next day) bug bombs and Mcalls pest supposedly came on the third day (not sure if they actually were here). Refrigerator water dispenser in the door is leaking badly (no word from anyone about repair) Microwave door handle wasn’t attached properly and securely and still isn’t. I have spoken to Tina the onsite property manager regarding the roach infestation and she offered me a different apartment or I could move away and my deposit and misc costs would be returned but she couldn’t answer wether corporate would reimburse me for moving costs. I have incurred Please understand that the onsite management team have been very understanding , helpful and sympathetic, but now corporate needs to step in. I’
Miserable experience living here. Every vent in these apartments has mold and mildew. They do not keep up with the maintenance and actually ignore request. You can not use the gym or theater unless you can be there from 9 am to 5 pm. The front gate is almost never in working condition. Make sure you give 60 days or you will be charged no ifs and or buts about it they don’t care if someone is dying you will be charged your deposit and the next month even if you aren’t terminating early. Extremely frustrating experience. We were told the first month was free and then after moving in we were charged rent a week later. Steer clear if you are looking for anything legitimate
I feel like I’ve been pretty reasonable with how I have approached things but I am done at this point. My experience here has been REGRETFUL and TERRIFYING. Let’s start from the beginning. When I moved in I was told I was getting a completely upgraded apartment with white cabinets, hardwood flooring (which I specifically said I wanted) and marble counter tops. I called to confirm this multiple times and was told that was the unit I would be getting, but they would not let me tour it before I moved in. To my surprise when I opened the door it was completely different than what they said I would be getting and not only that, it was disgusting. The carpet was filthy and stained.
