I’ve visited The Hudson a couple times and taken tours and each experience has been really welcoming. Lashawn made me feel welcomed right away, and Kim was also amazing making the whole experience feel easy and inviting. I also really enjoy the resident events, they’re fun and thoughtfully planned. Overall, it’s been a great experience with great energy. Definitely recommend!

I love living here! The management has been super helpful and maintenance and always nice and quick! My room came nice, clean and fully furnished. I love the 24 hr gym and having the parking garage is super convenient! Definitely recommend for anyone looking for student housing! I’ve already resigned for next year and i couldn’t be more excited!

Good day all, my name is Daniel and I’ve been a resident for half a semester at The Hudson at 1415 Washington Ave. The reasons I came to this complex was due to how close it is to UAlbany plus great staff. They have a nice outdoor grill area and a club room with a tv, games, and comfortable seats. I was able to book a tour within two days of me calling and a staff member named Lashawn showed me around all types of rooms and accessories the Hudson has. For example, a kiosk package system which helps keeps your packages safe. I was also able to reach out to Lashawn in regard to getting a new key or general questions.
