The Hub at Palmetto Pointe

I recently toured The Hub and was seriously impressed! From the moment I walked in, everything felt clean, modern, and welcoming. The property itself is beautiful, but the staff was what really impressed me! Carleigh, the property manager, made the entire experience amazing. She was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely kind. She took her time answering all of my questions and made sure I understood everything without ever feeling rushed. You can tell she truly cares about the property and the people who live there. I also had the chance to see maintenance in action, Tyrell was friendly and clearly takes pride in his work. It’s reassuring to know that the team behind the scenes is attentive and responsive! Highly recommend checking out the community if you’re looking for somewhere new

The Hub of Palmetto Pointe Apartments management staff Christie and Carleigh, were amazing with the extra help I needed. They are very professional and responsive making our long move across country less stressful. The staff is always friendly and helpful allowing for a safe and happy environment. We have been here for almost a year and love our beautiful 3 bedroom suites, with beautiful upgraded amenities throughout Tyrell and Andy, from maintenance, arrive the same day to take care of our requests. They are always professional and strive for perfection. No job is too big for those two. I highly recommend living at The Hub of Palmetto Pointe Apartments and I’ve never had management who are so caring of the community and residents. Thank You Staff

I’ve had a wonderful experience at The Hub at Palmetto Pointe Apartments thanks to the amazing team here! Carleigh, the Manager, is incredibly professional, responsive, and truly cares about the residents. Christi, the Assistant Manager, is always welcoming, helpful, and quick to answer any questions. They both make the leasing and living experience smooth and stress-free. Tyrell, the Maintenance Tech, is efficient and knowledgeable, and Andy, the Maintenance Supervisor, goes above and beyond to ensure everything is handled properly and in a timely manner. Maintenance requests are addressed quickly, and the quality of work is excellent. It’s clear this team takes pride in what they do. I truly appreciate their dedication and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend living here!

The Hub is a great place to live and work. Maintenance addresses the work orders in a timely manner and they are respectful, and professional guys. Andy and Tyrell are great! Shoutout to the BEST Property Manager out there, Ms Carliegh! Professional, honest, dependable, and truly trustworthy — she has taken our team to another level.
