The Hub at Nora

Upon our arrival at The Hub of Nora, we were gracefully flooded with amazing personalities from the staff as they welcomed us to what could be our new home. Aliya Araiza was such a wonderful Tour guide/Agent. She gave us the assurance that we were right where we needed to be. She also went the extra mile endeavoring to help us successfully get exactly what we were searching for. We are so excited about starting this new journey and we like to thank The Hub of Nora team for help making that happen.🤗

I had the opportunity to visit the property, and Miguel was very friendly and helpful from the beginning. He showed us the 2 bedroom , 1 bath model; the apartment is very nice and the atmosphere is great. In the end, we were more interested in the 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath townhouse. We plan to move in June. Excellent service and a great tour. Thank you!

My lease is finally up and I am grateful…do NOT move here!!!! Leasing office ladies are very nice but upper management are slumlords, I had horrible experience with assistant manager Garina who tried to change dates on my rent due date when I was late and tried to charge me extra 500$ before date on my lease agreement. Also lied about several things including paper processing fee charge and deactivating money gram account to make paying rent harder and has done several illegal practices that I have threatened management with lawsuit…second are the bugs…roaches everywhere bugs out in hall mold in the dry wall for the guy next to me he had to be moved out and wasn’t told about mold…crime everywhere..people going threw dumpsters stealing peoples receipts..gun shots, we had 2 people shot and

The absolute worst apartments to live in. If you are thinking about moving in here I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DONT. I mean look at the outside terrible presentation. If I could give r this place a zero stars I would. My boyfriend and I lived here for a year and experienced roaches spiders and different kind of insects that I’ve never even seen before. I called the office to let them know about the bug situation & they said they were going to send pest control twice but they never came. They are terrible at communicating. I don’t know who the new people are in the office now but they act like they don’t know anything that is going on. The whole back of the apartment complex is boarded up. I am a current resident who just put in their notice to leave. DO NOT RENT FROM THEIS PLACE. From the constant gun shots. Too the maintenance requests that I have called almost daily about but for some reason everytime I call they can’t answer their phone? Yeah they will be nice to you when you’re interested in the place or trying to convince you to stay. But other then that they do not care about there residents.
