The Hub at 934 Apartments

Blair has a terrible attitude and I wasted my time and money trying to apply here. I tried to apply early September for an apartment that the website said would be available Nov 6. Blair called and informed me that she could hold my app in order for me not to have to apply again. I would have to reapply within 30 days of the move in date Oct 6th. I said ok I will call early October because I would rather do this process sooner than later. I called Sep 30 to make sure I could still apply without having to pay again and she told me that the move in date is now Nov 11. So I asked some follow up questions including “so I should call again sometime next week?”and she responded with “Yes love whatever you want to do love sure love” very condescendingly. I was planning on pulling up on Thursday

It is January 30th 2026. It's supposed to be a cold front coming through this weekend right now. It is 40° outside inside. Inside My apartment is 60° and temperature is dropping i have no heat in this apartment. I have to be sitting in my car at 7:04 PM. At night to stay warm. I sent a maintenance request 230. Maintenance came to the apartment. Didn't I have no idea what to do? He called someone else to come help up to now. At 7:11pm no one still haven't come back to fix the heat. On another topic, just three weeks ago. 3 o'clock in the morning on my side of the building, 7 cars got broken into on the other side of the building, 7 more cars got broken into, and this is all in the same night. This is not a good place to live

Do not move here if you have children. Their health and safety will be put in danger from the roaches to the wild loose dogs that roam off leash all day and night! I recently moved my refrigerator and found ANOTHER large opening filled with roaches!!! My son has asthma and this triggers it, and you can’t spray bc the windows do not have screens so you can air out your house and it’s a huge risk with a one year old!!! The office doesn’t do anything and maintenance either curses you out or enters your house without even knocking. I also included a roach that I’m assuming maintenance spray painted before I moved in, proving it’s been an issue. I’m currently calling the city because they cannot be up to code with all these huge outside openings.

When I first moved here this place was fine being that it was my first place in Atl. However as of the last 2 months there has been a large group of cats who have taken over the complex. I have complained numerous times only to get ignored. They are spending all Thais money to fix the place up but yet have done anything with these cats. And what makes it worse there is a resident here who feeds them twice a day. Now because of that they go everywhere in this complex. They crawl under your car. My friend the weekend with me and four kittens had crawl Uber her car and climbed in it from the bottom. Without knowing she drove those cats all the way to work downtown Atlanta. If you are cat friendly then you will be good but if not this is what you are going to have to deal with everyday. They c

So my daughter has been having issues with maintenance since she’s been living here a year now! Her 1br has flooded twice and today the toilet has flooded the whole apartment and was told there is no maintenance workers working today. She had to call the police and the leasing agent is telling her to call a plumber herself like this should be against the law! People these apartments are trash and deplorable conditions! Not suitable for living!
