The Hub at 31 Brewerytown

October 2022 I would definitely stay here again! Nice 1 bedroom at an affordable price for overnight. Very unique way to check in and out, but very easy! The apt hotel was nice and clean!

I would like to express my great appreciation for my experience living at The Hub at 31st Street Brewerytown ! The place is designed with care and offers a comfortable, welcoming environment. However, what truly makes it outstanding is the incredible staff who manage the property. I especially want to mention Antonio, Shana, Jonah, and David. These individuals are absolutely amazing in every sense. They are extremely professional and kind, always treating everyone with respect and friendliness. That said, there is one issue that I hope could be resolved in the future. The smell in the indoor hallways can sometimes be unpleasant due to the garbage waiting to be taken out. It would be great if a closed garbage area or a designated trash room could be added on each floor to eliminate the sme

Please do yourself a favor and rent in ANY of the other apt buildings in this area. I lived here for four years. The first two (under different management) were amazing! Once they got bought by Rushmore it became an absolute hell hole and disaster. Antonio could literally care less about you and the place is is easily the most unhelpful person in the entire world. They have ONE maintenance guy who is ironically the emergency maintenance guy as well, except he lives over 2 hours away and classically doesn’t have a car when there’s an actual emergency. Please do yourself a favor and rent anywhere else. Oh even funnier - the gated car lot was getting built and there were a lot of car jacking an and petty theft in the parking lot so they hired security overnight. While security was on duty, my

Edit: The apartment complex responded and is claiming they don't have an application under my name. That is ridiculous as I certainly have record of my application as well as fees I paid on my card. I also have a history of phone calls to them asking for application updates. Do NOT apply here. They take your money and lie to your face. Find anywhere else to live. Lived here for 2 years. Decent place, quiet for the most part and in a nice little pocket of the city that not even many people in the neighborhood know about, but not worth the money for the area between the crime and inconvenience of not having many places to shop within a walkable distance. Always traffic if you are trying to get anywhere else in the city between 3-7pm on any given day due to being right next to the zoo and a major highway. I would be hesitant to consider these luxury apartments, more like nice apartments with updated appliances and high ceilings. Also a bit of a downer that the pool is only open for about 3 full months out of the year and closes at 8pm all summer. Definitely noticeable changes when Westrum left and Rushmore took over. Gym is nice with updated equipment
