DO NOT LEASE HERE. DO NOT VISIT. As a Health & Safety Manager, I can’t overstate how poorly this building is maintained and how unprofessionally it is managed. My partner moved here after her previous apartment building was destroyed in a fire. We actually watched this complex being built. While the initial management team was disorganized, the current team is the most unprofessional group I have encountered. They seem to take little pride in their work, show minimal respect for residents and guests' concerns, and demonstrate no regard for the reputation of RPM. Currently I’m a resident here and I’m so ready for my Lease to be over. (This is the worse place I have ever stayed in Atlanta!) Gradually as I stayed here the place has only gotten worse and worse. The halls and walls are always dirty, the elevators are even worse. The walls are paper thin so you hear everybody business as you walk the halls. I have received boots on my cars that were registered and office has did nothing with assisting you on them type of issues(spent close to $1000 on boots because 48hrs of free parking is not enough for a 7day week). Parking rules here a horrendous, if you are very fortunate and have more than two cars don’t move here. I have gotten to fighting with a resident and when I no longer felt safe they would not let me break my lease without paying x amount o

I just moved in recently and it’s been cool living here so far… the community… the amenities… and the staff are all amazing ppl! Big shout out to Monique at the front who is ALWAYS working! I don’t think she takes a day off! But again… overall it’s a nice place to live.

Omg love this property! Moved in 3 months ago and have love every bit of it from the views to the staff! Zari has made this feel like I’m not even at an apartment but a home away from home! The staff is so accommodating and always keeping me up to date with what’s new on the property including the amazing resident events are always a blast! I never want to leave!

I've been living here for almost 5 months now and I must say I do not have any major complaints. Any time I've had an issue, it's been resolved within a reasonable time. The staff is also amazing and very professional - you can tell they love what they do. My only issue is with the garage gates. It would be much more convenient to have clickers instead of the current sticker system. For some reason, the garage sensor doesn't detect the sticker inside my car, so I have to hold it outside the window for it to work. Considering how much we pay each month, I think a more reliable access method would be appropriate. Other than that, I love living here.
