The Howell at the Preserve Apartments

Well, I just don’t have the strength anymore. The management company simply pretends to respond to appeals. No matter how many times I apply, it’s useless. We have been living here since December because we urgently moved from our previous place of residence due to constant noise. However, there’s noise again. There is a rule in this community after 10 p.m. there should be silence. I have a small child. The audibility of the neighbor from above is just 100 out of 100. My friends have already started to fall the ceiling in the area of the chandelier because of the behavior of the neighbor from above, it’s so strong. The apartment lives up to the luxury name and I could not be happier with my decision to live here. The gates ACTUALLY works, and the trash has been picked up every night that I’ve been here. The leasing agents Anarosa and Lisa were super helpful, understanding, and professional during every interaction! They helped even when I was short on time due to work and communication was never an issue. The community is quiet and clean, and the gym is perfect, I’ve very satisfied and don’t foresee that changing.

While the complex looked so pretty online upon touring a unit to possibly rent the lady showing me around, Lisa, was EXTREMELY rude and very off putting. She did not seem to care about her job or the possibility of renting to someone with children. During my tour I spoke to a resident who mentioned how the grounds are not properly cared for and their kids are unable to play in certain areas due to animal feces not being taken care of in common areas. I was advised to not continue my tour and seek housing elsewhere.

I’ve lived here for the last 3 years I use to love this place but it’s just going down hill fast. They charge you so much money for a “gated luxury” apartment when the gates are always broken or left open (there’s a code you can send visitors and delivery’s or they can use the call box to have the person open it for them it does not need to be open almost 24/7 it takes away the security from having a gated community) they have unfinished walls so when you clean them the paint comes off, you can hear your neighbors tv music and talking all day, random power outages, there’s only 1 dumpster so there’s trash all over the ground claim it’s smoke free when the maintenance and lawn care workers smoke around the building, theres cigarets trash and food in the stairwells as well black windows and

I have been living at The Preserve Luxury Apartments for a year now with my daughter, and I absolutely love it! The property is always clean and beautiful, making it such a pleasant place to call home. I feel completely safe here, which is so important for my family. The management team—Tahnia, Michelle, and Kayla—are truly amazing. They are friendly, caring, and always approachable, making any interaction a positive experience. The community is quiet, and I enjoy taking walks with my daughter and using the gym. It’s a great environment for both relaxation and staying active. This place is definitely a hidden gem on the Northside, and I’m so glad we found it!
